How do we interpret works of art?

The interpretation of art consists of a three-phase process: initially, examine the artwork to note fundamental elements like medium and style; next, apply meaning to these observations, grasping symbols and iconography; finally, show by using your knowledge to interpret these elements in the wider context of the artwork. How long does it take to ship my artwork?

The shipping time for artwork can vary depending on the service you choose. Within the USA, orders typically take 2-6 days to arrive once shipped. For international orders, it takes 10-30 business days, but delays can occur at the destination country’s border due to customs. Please note that shipping time is separate from production time. Additionally, carriers like FedEx and UPS offer specialized packaging and shipping services for artwork, which can include custom boxes and crates for larger pieces.

Do you offer custom packages?

Yes, we offer custom packages to suit the unique needs of each client. During our first consultation, we will work with you to create a package that fits your budget and objectives.

 How long will my project take to complete? 

The timeline for each project depends on its complexity and scope. We will give an estimated timeline after discussing your project details during the consultation phase.

Can I see examples of your previous work?

Absolutely! You can view our portfolio on our website, which showcases a selection of our past projects in design, photography, and audiovisual production.

What is your payment policy?

We require a deposit to start work on your project, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods, including credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. 

How do you handle confidentiality and privacy?

We take confidentiality and privacy very seriously. All client information and project details are kept secure and confidential. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if required.

What equipment do you use?

We use high-quality professional equipment for all our services, including the latest cameras, lighting, audio gear, and software for editing and production.

Can you help with social media promotion?

Yes, we offer services to help promote your content on social media platforms. This includes creating promotional videos, graphics, and managing your social media campaigns.
